Chính sách quyền riêng tư của tiện ích Forma Tiếng Việt

Khi anh chị mở một trang trên https://acc.autodesk.com, tiện ích đọc các chữ giao diện của Forma (tên phân hệ, nút, cột, trạng thái, ngày tháng) và thay bằng tiếng Việt theo bảng dịch đã lưu trên máy. Tất cả diễn ra trong trình duyệt. Tiện ích không đổi và không gửi đi nội dung do dự án nhập: tên vấn đề, tên tệp, tên người, ghi chú, bản vẽ, mô hình.

Trong Forma, khi anh chị mở thực đơn «?» hoặc gặp liên kết «Learn more…» tới help.autodesk.com, tiện ích thêm lối sang bài hướng dẫn tiếng Việt trên forma.1cad.vn nếu bài đó đã có bản dịch. Tiện ích chỉ dựa vào tên phân hệ trong đường dẫn trang (ví dụ correspondence) để chọn bài.

Trên https://help.autodesk.com, tiện ích chỉ đọc địa chỉ trang (mã bài, ví dụ ?guid=About_Correspondence) để tra trong danh sách chủ đề đã có hướng dẫn tiếng Việt lưu trên máy; chủ đề có hướng dẫn tiếng Việt thì hiện một dải nhỏ ở đầu bài với nút mở hướng dẫn tiếng Việt. Tiện ích không đọc và không gửi nội dung trang trợ giúp đi đâu. Anh chị tắt dải này bằng công tắc «Gợi ý bản tiếng Việt trên help.autodesk.com» trong ô tiện ích.

Tiện ích không đụng tới tài khoản Autodesk, không đọc cookie, không đọc mật khẩu hay lịch sử duyệt web, không chạy trên trang nào ngoài acc.autodesk.com và help.autodesk.com.

a) Tải bảng dịch

Khi mới cài, khi anh chị bấm nút làm mới trong ô tiện ích, và tự động tối đa mỗi 24 giờ một lần, tiện ích gửi yêu cầu GET https://forma.1cad.vn/api/pub/bang-dich để lấy bảng dịch mới nhất. Yêu cầu này không kèm cookie, không kèm mã định danh người dùng hay máy; chỉ kèm mã phiên bản của bảng đang có (để máy chủ trả lời «chưa có gì mới»). Bảng dịch là dữ liệu JSON (cặp chữ tiếng Anh – tiếng Việt), không phải mã chương trình.

b) Tải danh sách bài hướng dẫn tiếng Việt

Tối đa mỗi 12 giờ một lần, khi anh chị mở Forma hoặc help.autodesk.com, tiện ích gửi yêu cầu GET https://forma.1cad.vn/api/pub/tro-giup/chi-muc để lấy danh sách hướng dẫn tiếng Việt (mã chủ đề trên help.autodesk.com và địa chỉ bài hướng dẫn tiếng Việt). Yêu cầu không kèm cookie, không kèm mã định danh, không kèm địa chỉ trang anh chị đang xem; chỉ kèm mã phiên bản của danh sách đang có.

c) Phiếu «Báo chữ chưa dịch / dịch sai»

Phiếu chỉ được gửi khi anh chị mở mục báo dịch, tự điền và bấm Gửi cho OneCAD. Phiếu gửi tới POST https://forma.1cad.vn/api/pub/bao-dich, không kèm cookie, gồm đúng những mục sau:

Máy chủ chỉ ghi thêm thời điểm gửi. Phiếu không lưu địa chỉ IP: để chống gửi rác (mỗi máy tối đa 20 phiếu một giờ), máy chủ chỉ đếm tạm theo địa chỉ IP trong bộ nhớ và không ghi xuống ổ đĩa. Phiếu không kèm tên, email, tài khoản Autodesk hay nội dung dự án. Anh chị vui lòng không gõ thông tin cá nhân hay thông tin dự án vào ô góp ý.

Phiếu được giữ tối đa 12 tháng kể từ ngày gửi rồi tự động xoá. Chỉ nhân viên OneCAD phụ trách bảng dịch đọc phiếu, để sửa và bổ sung bảng dịch.

d) Nhật ký máy chủ

Như mọi máy chủ web, forma.1cad.vn nhận địa chỉ IP của máy gửi yêu cầu để trả lời, và máy chủ web ghi nhật ký truy cập kỹ thuật (địa chỉ IP, thời điểm, đường dẫn, mã trả lời) để vận hành và chống tấn công. Nhật ký này chỉ giữ ngắn hạn, tối đa 14 ngày rồi tự xoá, và không dùng để nhận diện hay theo dõi người dùng.

Tiện ích dùng bộ nhớ của trình duyệt để lưu:

• Bật / tắt dịch và cách hiển thị (dịch thay chữ hoặc chỉ chú giải khi rê chuột). Nếu anh chị bật đồng bộ của trình duyệt, Chrome hoặc Edge có thể đồng bộ hai lựa chọn này giữa các máy của chính anh chị; OneCAD không nhận được.
• Bảng dịch đã tải, mã phiên bản bảng, thời điểm kiểm tra gần nhất.
• Danh sách bài hướng dẫn tiếng Việt, công tắc gợi ý trên help.autodesk.com và danh sách bài anh chị đã bấm × để ẩn dải gợi ý.

Gỡ tiện ích là xoá hết những dữ liệu này.

OneCAD không bán, không cho thuê, không chuyển dữ liệu cho bên thứ ba, không dùng cho quảng cáo, cho việc xếp hạng tín dụng hay cho mục đích nào ngoài việc làm bảng dịch tốt hơn.

Anh chị có thể yêu cầu xem hoặc xoá phiếu mình đã gửi bằng thư tới support@onecadvn.com (ghi khoảng thời điểm gửi và chữ đã báo để OneCAD tìm đúng phiếu).

Khi chính sách thay đổi, OneCAD cập nhật trang này và ghi ngày hiệu lực mới ở đầu trang.

“Forma Tiếng Việt” (for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge) is published by OneCAD Vietnam. It has a single purpose: to display Autodesk Forma (acc.autodesk.com) in Vietnamese, locally in the browser, including pointers from Forma and from Autodesk’s help site (help.autodesk.com) to OneCAD’s Vietnamese translations of the help articles. Policy updated October 16, 2026.

1. What the extension does on your device

The extension runs only on https://acc.autodesk.com. It reads the interface labels of Forma (module names, buttons, column headers, statuses, dates) and replaces them with Vietnamese text from a translation table stored on your device. Content entered in your projects (issue titles, file names, people’s names, comments, drawings, models) is neither changed nor transmitted. In Forma, when you open the “?” help menu or see a “Learn more…” link to help.autodesk.com, the extension adds a link to the Vietnamese article on forma.1cad.vn if one exists, choosing it from the module name in the page path only. On https://help.autodesk.com the extension reads only the page address (the article ID, e.g. ?guid=About_Correspondence) and looks it up in the locally stored list of translated articles; if a Vietnamese version exists it shows a small bar at the top of the article. The content of help pages is never read or transmitted. The bar can be turned off in the popup. The extension does not access your Autodesk account, cookies, passwords or browsing history, and does not run on any other website.

2. Network requests (only to forma.1cad.vn)

List of Vietnamese help articles. At most once every 12 hours, the extension sends GET https://forma.1cad.vn/api/pub/tro-giup/chi-muc to get the list of help topics that have a Vietnamese guide written by OneCAD (topic IDs and the URLs of the Vietnamese guides). The request carries no cookies, no identifier and not the address of the page you are viewing; only the version tag of the list already stored.

a) Translation table download. On install, when you click the refresh button in the popup, and automatically at most once every 24 hours, the extension sends GET https://forma.1cad.vn/api/pub/bang-dich. The request carries no cookies and no user or device identifier; it only sends the version tag of the table already stored (If-None-Match). The table is JSON data (English–Vietnamese text pairs), not executable code.

b) “Report an untranslated / wrong label” form. Sent only when you open the report form, fill it in and click “Gửi cho OneCAD” (Send). It is posted to POST https://forma.1cad.vn/api/pub/bao-dich without cookies and contains exactly: the English label (required, up to 300 characters); your suggested Vietnamese text (optional, up to 300); your comment (optional, up to 1,000); the Forma page path with all project, folder and item IDs removed (e.g. /build/issues/projects/…/issues); the extension version and translation-table version; and a hidden anti-spam field that real users leave empty. Our server adds only the time of receipt. Reports are stored without any IP address: to prevent spam (max. 20 reports per hour per device) the server counts requests per IP address temporarily in memory and never writes it to disk. Reports are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted automatically. Only OneCAD staff who maintain the translation table read them. Please do not type personal or project information into the comment box.

c) Server logs. Like any web server, forma.1cad.vn receives the requesting IP address in order to respond and the web server keeps technical access logs (IP address, time, path, status code) for operations and security. These logs are kept for at most 14 days and then deleted, and are not used to identify or track users.

3. Data stored on your device (“storage” permission)

The on/off switch and display mode (if browser sync is enabled, Chrome or Edge may sync these two settings across your own devices; OneCAD never receives them), plus the downloaded translation table, its version tag and the time of the last check, the list of Vietnamese help guides, the help-site suggestion switch and the articles on which you dismissed the suggestion bar. Uninstalling the extension removes all of this data.

4. Sharing, your rights, changes

OneCAD does not sell, rent or transfer any data to third parties, and does not use data for advertising, creditworthiness or any purpose other than improving the translation table. There are no ads, no analytics and no remote code. You may ask to see or delete a report you sent by writing to support@onecadvn.com. If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.

Data handling by this extension complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and with the Microsoft Edge Add-ons policies.
